      本研究目的在找出影響玩家å°å¤šäººç·šä¸Šæˆ°é¬¥ç«¶æŠ€å ´ï¼ˆMultiplayer Online Battle Arena; MOBAï¼‰æ‰‹æ©ŸéŠæˆ²è¨­è¨ˆçš„魅力å“質因å­ï¼Œä»¥ç¬¦åˆæ¶ˆè²»è€…的需求ã€é”到滿æ„度的有效æå‡ã€‚研究引入å“質管ç†Kanoå“è³ªæ¨¡åž‹çš„å›žæ­¸åˆ†æžæ¨¡å¼ï¼ŒæŽ¢è¨Žå“質因å­å°æ–¼MOBA手éŠçŽ©å®¶æ»¿æ„的影響模å¼èˆ‡ç¨‹åº¦ï¼Œå…¶ä¸­é‡è¦åº¦æŽ’åºç‚ºç¤¾äº¤æ€§ï¼žä½¿ç”¨æ€§ï¼žæ„Ÿå®˜æ€§ï¼žéŠæˆ²æ€§ï¼Œç¤¾äº¤æ€§å› å­ç‚ºé­…力的å“è³ªï¼Œä½¿ç”¨æ€§ã€æ„Ÿå®˜æ€§ã€éŠæˆ²æ€§ç‚ºå¿…è¦çš„å“è³ªã€‚ç ”ç©¶åŒæ™‚藉由五大人格模å¼(Big five personality factor model; FFM)的應用,探討ä¸åŒäººæ ¼ç‰¹è³ªçš„MOBA手éŠçŽ©å®¶åœ¨æ»¿æ„度評價和å“質分類的差異性,其中經驗外å‘型玩家é‡è¦–éŠæˆ²å¸¶ä¾†çš„æ­£é¢æƒ…ç·’èˆ‡éŠæˆ²ç¶“驗,強調視覺效果與使用簡便等å“質項目,親切穩定型玩家é‡è¦–與團隊åˆä½œæœ‰é—œçš„å“質項目,休閒娛樂型玩家é‡è¦–éŠæˆ²çš„æ„Ÿå®˜è¦–覺等å“質項目,強調個人的感覺與情緒。

 

      The objective of this study is to identify the attractive quality factors affecting MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) game design, thus meeting consumers' requirements and effectively improving their satisfaction. This study introduced the regression analysis mode of Kano quality model, explored the influence mode and degree of quality factors on MOBA players' satisfaction, the order of importance is social > usability > sensory > playability.The social factor is the quality of charm.Usability, sensory and playability are the necessary quality. The study also explored the differences of satisfaction evaluation and quality classification among MOBA mobile game players with different personality traits through the application of FFM (Big Five Personality Factor Model). Experience extroversion players attach importance to positive emotions and game experience brought by the game, quality items such as visual effect and ease of use.Agreeableness stability players attach importance to quality items related to team cooperation.Leisure and entertainment players attach importance to quality items such as sensory vision of the game,personal feelings and emotions.
